> Kitchen: 2 years old Ceramic Kitchen Island with additional plugs perfect for kitchen enthusiasts, additionally Built-in Glass hanging side cabinet & wine fridge cabinet + an extra built-in freezer (which can be replaced by a built-in oven (foreseen with a 20AMP plug) under the newly installed ceramic cooking stove (2019).
> 3 Designer hanging lights above ceramic kitchen island, DOCUS Hang lamp 2.0 GU10 Alu Brushed, LED GU10 5.5W 360LM Dim; Euro343,10. Kitchen drawers can be taken out to place a dishwasher if required (water supply, drainage pipe and power supply is within reach).
> Floor: placed all new marine plywood on top of the fiberglass flooring, coated with resin, and topped with Vinyl floor panels for easy maintenance and to give a different feel with the rest of the boat (less wood-like & more refreshing/younger vibe) this to complement the newly installed ceramic kitchen island; note that each panel can be easily replaced individually if ever required.
> Dining Area: Removed all side cabinets to make it more spacious and added inner curtains and outer drapes to give a warm feel, keep heat & cold out and maintain privacy whenever required for meetings or (dinner) events.
> Ceiling with synthetic leather cover: dining area ceiling panels have been replaced with new synthetic leather covers, as old ones were all stained.
> Duo color Diming System: can change mood and lighting anytime with remote (yellow/white light options)
> New Air Conditioning: inverter (Heater and) Air Conditioning installed in 2019.

Exteriors

> Sundeck: replaced the wooden table with marble table cover, easy maintenance and nicer fit.
> Outdoor teak deck both levels has all been replaced, first coat Sikaflex primer 290DC and filled with Sikaflex sealant in 2018-2019, rarely sanded the teak deck, teak thickness is still around 10mm
> Upper Outdoor patio has a manual canopy, relaxing in a shady spot on the upper deck or having an afternoon party without potential sunburns while enjoying the ocean view.

Power & electricity

Engines and generator

Two ‘YUCHAI’ 6-cylinder turbo charged inboard diesel engines rated 130Kw at 1500rpm
Generator: Onan Marine 7.5kW mounted inside insulated sound box installed in the engine room.

b. Balance & Stability – the original design of the boat is to combine houseboat and leisure yacht – two powerful engines on each side provide stability of the boat while in the ocean.
