The lower deck comprises four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large TV room/playroom and a fully isolated engine room. The main deck is split between a large saloon and a vast bar-kitchen, with its own family dinner table; a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom occupies the forward area. The upper-decks boast a mezzanine office with panoramic windows and a top deck dining room, with a large covered terrace with sliding Bimini.

With 3,200 square feet of living space, this good as new Sun Hing Shing-built Mark 3 Bondway is the epitome of Hong Kong houseboat design. Currently moored in Tso Wo Hang, in Saikung.
