Impeccably maintained, this has to be one of the prettiest houseboats on the market. Both hull (under the water line) and side decks were fibreglassed to keep the boat dry and reduce maintenance costs. The boat is being sold with an opportunity to retain its current walk-on pontoon: a rare luxury in Hong Kong.
