The Boater’s notes

3,000 square feet of elegant luxury, with cinema room, TV room, 4 cabins, two of which en suite, and plenty more space for utilities. A state of the art lithium batteries bank and inverter/charger guarantees power autonomy. One of a kind. Mooring options in Kwun Tong (barge) and further afield.

Boat last serviced in Dec’23: new antifouling, addition of an aft swimming/boarding platform and teak steps leading up to the aft deck, exterior repaint, interior teak floors redone, addition of a new pantry in the kitchen, kitchen cabinets repainted, extension of mattress in the stbd aft cabin, new sliding doors, cabinets, new lights, exterior wood trim revarnished. Brand new refrigerator and wine fridge, new mattresses, and a new desk in the study.
