The Boater’s Notes
The Taipan 28 was one of the most successful Cheoy Lee designs and a Hong Kong sailing icon. Well taken care of by her current owner, who has enjoyed her for no less than 26 years, Naiad has been sailed and raced regularily; she even won the COA Macau Race in October 2000. Her aluminum spars make her more solid than her sister ships. Easy to sail, she would be perfect as a first cabin cruiser for a buyer with a taste for classic design. Currently moored in Deep Water Bay. The owner is open to reasonable offers.
