Vital Spark

Layout

The lower deck comprises 4 cabins and a large bathroom,  as well as a helper room with its own toilet; the spacious, full-height engine room is an added feature of the last Mk3 Bondways. The main deck is occupied by a vast drawing room (abaft), a day head (toilet), a study (amidship) and a superb master bedroom (forward) with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The kitchen is on the top deck – huge, as one would expect – and opens on a large, partly covered terrace, with its own BBQ.

Electrics

Since moving out of Discovery Bay Marina, the owners of Vital Spark have had installed 12 x 320 W solar panels, an 8 kW inverter and a more than adequate home battery bank to ensure maximal autonomy. Most of the vessel’s lights have been converted to LED.

The Boater’s notes

Vital Spark is one of the most superlative Bondway houseboats ever built.  Luxurious, hyper-spacious, hosting five bedrooms and much more besides, it is being offered at as attractive price, with a mooring option in Kwun Tong.
